The wrong starting point
Many companies start with the question: Which AI tool should we use? The better question is: Which recurring task costs time and can be supported with clear rules?
That shift changes everything. AI stops being an innovation theater and becomes part of the operating model.
Productive workflows beat demos
A productive AI workflow is small enough to test quickly and concrete enough to show impact.
Examples include request pre-qualification, CRM summaries, offer preparation, document analysis or internal knowledge assistants.
My approach
I start with real tasks, not abstract technology. From there, workflows can be embedded into CRM, email, reporting or existing systems.
The result should be measurable relief, not another prompt collection.
