I have not only advised digital business models - I have built, operated and owned them.
Since 2004 I have worked on e-commerce, software, platforms, marketing, CRM and digital processes. That is why I do not think about digitalization from the tool outward, but from responsibility, priority and business value.
Why I work differently
I do not come from a pure consulting logic.
I know digital topics from direct responsibility: as founder, CTO, Head of E-Commerce, marketing lead, board member and entrepreneur. That changes how I look at projects. The point is not to introduce another tool. The point is to make decisions, structure work, bring teams along and build systems that are actually used.
